Job description
The ONE Information, a consulting firm working primarily within the IT banking industry, is looking for a highly motivated IT Recruiter / HR Staffing Specialist to recruit qualified candidates to fill clients’ openings.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing/Screening Resumes on various online platforms (ie. Monster, indeed etc)
- Reach out to potential candidates by phone, email and Social media
- Conduct pre-screening phone interviews
- Communicate with candidates during the hiring process, including interview scheduling, post-interview follow-up, compensation negotiation etc.
- Import resumes and data into the Company’s applicant tracking system and knowledge base
- Support with posting job ads and creating job descriptions for openings
- Updates and maintains the organization of tracking documents with daily and weekly change
- Prepare documents such as candidate resumes, submission documents.
Qualifications:
- 0 -5 years of recruiting experience in a full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously
- 2+ years of MS Excel experience, research skills
- Experience in recruiting for IT roles is an asset
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Major in Human Resources Management an asset.

Salary: $35,000-$50,000 per year plus performance bonus based on placement
